RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At figureology.com, our top priority is to guarantee customer satisfaction. In case any of our products are found to be defective or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return:
To begin the return process, kindly use the return portal available on our website. Please note that returns not initiated through this process will not be accepted. The items being returned must be in their original packaging, complete with all the original components, and must be in the same condition they were received.
Merchandise purchased through our website, figureology.com, can be returned within 20 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund. However, orders placed between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for a full refund within 60 days from the date of receipt.
At this time, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you require a replacement, kindly initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the item was damaged upon receipt or if there was an error on our part.
After an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We regret that we cannot provide refunds for packages shipped to an address that the customer no longer has access to.
We retain the right to decline returns that fail to comply with our policy. Items that are returned without prior initiation through the return portal, or those that are not in their original packaging and condition, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the refund within two business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the payment method, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We take pride in our high-quality pickleball paddles and stand behind our products. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our products. Below are the details of our warranty policy:
The warranty period for all paddles starts from the date of receipt and covers manufacturer defects and workmanship for 30 days. Registration is necessary to avail of the warranty policy. If the paddle is purchased from a third party, it must be registered within the first 7 days of purchase to be eligible. However, if purchased from our website, registration is automatic. The warranty is non-transferrable and is only valid for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required, and bank and credit card statements can be used for verification purposes.
Please contact our customer support channels if you think that your paddle falls under our warranty policy. Please note that FIGUREOLOGY holds the right to assess whether your paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to provide a replacement.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear, abuse, and negligence.
Any modifications made to the paddle after purchase.
Fading of graphics.
Excessive damage to the edge guard.
Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball) such as the ground or other paddles (this can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim).
Not being the original purchaser.
Purchasing from a non-authorized FIGUREOLOGY dealer (Facebook groups, Craigslist, etc.).
